Printed and bound by the Bath Press. Full pale green-brown artificial cloth with a design in white, yellow, red and dark blue by Packer; cream endleaves with a design of military aircraft in dark green-grey by Packer. Blue slip case. The plates reproduce Packer’s remarkable paintings, which capture well the surreal violence of the novel.
