Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full blue cloth blocked in gold and black with a different design for each volume; spine lettering hand-drawn by Stephen Raw. Blue two-volume slip case with printed detail from decorative screen on one side. The plates reproduce antiquities, images of sites and photographs. The two volumes are as follows:
