[i–vi] vii–xxii, [1–6] 7–214 [215–218]: [7] leaves of colour plates (facing pp. [iii], 42, 59, 123, 130, 162 and 194). Type: Bembo with Shelton Slab for display. Printed by Memminger MedienCentrum. Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full black paper, textured like alligator skin, blocked in copper with design by Jones; black endleaves. Black slip case. Jones’s illustrations consist of seven suitably sinister collages. The text follows that of the restored edition of 2012.
