Type: Bembo Book with Trajan Pro for display. Printed in red and black by L.E.G.O. Bound by them in full black cloth printed in red with a design by Carter; red endleaves. Red slip case printed with a horse’s head design. This is the first illustrated edition of a work originally published in 1969. Carter was an excellent choice. Two of the plates are double-page spreads. A bleeding New York skyline is used in the binding, slip case and chapter opening designs.
