Type: Kennerley with Source Sans for display. Printed and bound by Gomer Press in full blue-green cloth blocked in brown and cream with a design by Lewis; dark green endleaves. Dark green slip case blocked with a pair of walking boots in brown. In addition to the plates, Lewis has also supplied ten vignettes, a title-spread and a redrawn map of the Appalachian trail on page [vi]. One of the plates is a double-page spread.
