Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full blue-green artificial silk blocked in black and gold with design (different for each volume) by Neil Gower and hand-drawn lettering by Stephen Raw; dark grey endleaves. 300 woodcuts from an 1883 edition held by the British Library are in the text. The four volumes are as follows:
