Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full blue-green artificial silk blocked in black and gold with design (different for each volume) by Neil Gower and hand-drawn lettering by Stephen Raw; dark grey endleaves.  Dark grey four-volume slip case titled (as above), decorated in gold and black by Gower and Raw. Nearly
300 woodcuts from an 1883 edition held by the British Library are in the text. The four volumes are as follows:
