Printed by Memminger MedienCentrum.  Bound by Real Lachenmaier in quarter green leather with buckram boards blocked with design by Frances Button based on the original edition of 1855; pale green endleaves. Green slip case. Rorer produced wood-engravings and tail-pieces throughout.
