The tomb of Tutankhamun. 253 × 178 × 15–42 mm. 2 vols (see below). Type: Minion. Printed by Memminger MedienCentrum. Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full black buckram blocked with a design by Peter Suart; printed endleaves. Black two-volume slip case pasted with image of shrine. The two volumes are as follows:

[1] The tomb of Tutankhamun, Howard Carter, introduced by David P. Silverman. Pp. [i–vi] vii–xviii [xix–xx], [1–2] 3–427 [428]: [17] leaves of black and white plates. Buckram blocked in gold, blue and red. Endleaves printed with close-up photograph of the second shrine’s doors. The plates predominantly reproduce photographs taken by Harry Burton who worked with Carter on the site. Includes references to the colour photographs contained in the second volume. Kevin Freeborn provided a redrawn plan of the tomb on page [2].
