[i–iv] v–vii [viii], [1–2] 3–290 [291–296]: [7] leaves of colour plates (facing pp. 25, 88, 136, 169, 184, 224 and 264). Type: Caslon. Printed by Memminger MedienCentrum. Bound by Real Lachenmaier in full dark purple ‘velveteen’ cloth with printed paper label; cream endleaves with a repeat design in dark purple. Black slip case printed with design in gold on one side. As well as the seven colour illustrations, Rayyan contributed a title-spread, end- leaves decoration plus images for the paper label image and slip case. The title is hand-drawn on the title-page, with the ‘o’ replaced by a tortoise.
