Bound by Real Lachenmaier in series binding (see item 1124). Pink cloth with a design by McFarlane in purple, white, black and silver; pink endleaves with a design in silver. Pink slip case. First published in 1897. The 41 stories are punctuated by additional pen-and-ink drawings by McFarlane.
