[1–4], [i–iv] v–xiv [xv–xvi], [1–4] 5–185 [186–188]: [10] leaves of colour plates (facing pp. [iii], 20, 116 and 133, and between pp. 12–13, 84–85 and 172–173). Type: Aldus. Printed and bound by L.E.G.O. in full printed and blocked cloth with a design by McKean; green endleaves. Dark purple slip case with three sections removed to expose front panel. As well as the seven colour illustrations, McKean contributed four black and white double-page section breaks.
