Bound by them in three-quarter purple-blue cloth blocked in gold. Pale blue cloth front boards printed in black and blocked in silver or metallic red (a different design for each volume); pale blue endleaves printed with repeat sigils design. Dark
blue printed and blocked decorative slip case lined with printed paper. Jonathan Burton has provided illustrations for plates, alongside chapter headings, bindings, endleaves and slip case (inside and out). The third title in the series. The two volumes are as follows:
