Printed and bound by L.E.G.O. in full red and black cloth blocked in cream, black and red with a design by Löffler; black endleaves. Black slip case blocked in red and cream with tobacco pipe design on one side. Only three of the ten stories were included in the previous single volume collection from 1997.
